The picture should have included the war memorial. All it shows is the guards and the dog standing by a pathway. This better not be King trying to pull a fast one.
I don’t believe all this ‘dog and police’ show is directly by Obama. I think the first line of decision is the likes of the seven or eight Muslim Brotherhood goons sitting at Obama’s feet. Especially suspect is that new Muslim CIA Director Branden(?). Obama is intent on making the USA a Muslim nation and too many human camels have been allowed in this Country. With the Nations attention on baseballs world, the approaching basketball season, and what goes on with song and dance people the nation is to busy to worry about guard dogs being used to prevent people who paid for memorials from seeing them.

I loved the WWII vet at the Memorial who said, “Normandy was closed when we got there too.”
I wondered about that myself. I hope he enjoyed the wedding he was going to.

The dog pictured above was at or near the the Vietnam Memorial Wall, not the WWII Memorial.
My dad was a WWII vet and I’m a Nam vet. We had a dog the whole time I was growing up and I’ve had dogs all my life. My dad, who served in Patton’s Third Army, loved dogs.
I’m sincerely sorry about your grandfather’s fear of dogs, although in my experiences with many fellow veterans, I’ve never known one to express such fear. I would imagine it’s less likely among veterans than it is among the general population.
