The picture should have included the war memorial. All it shows is the guards and the dog standing by a pathway. This better not be King trying to pull a fast one.
It may be intended to instigate. There needs to be accredidation and a pic verifying it is at a memorial and in the correct time.
K9 units are often on patrol.
Was the dog used for intimidation? Were vets turned away because of the dog?
