I asked on another thread, “When does he shutdown the name servers that run the internet”, when that happens he’s gone all in on the shutdown.

The gubmint doesn't own or run the name servers.

Therefore, he'd have to seize them. In which case, it would be time for the USA to go the way of the USSR.

And I dare say, the half-white president would be less in demand than Map Dome.
