This story highlights the extent of the revulsion this regime has for the people. Well we need to highlight the spirit of peaceful resistance to tyrany.

No but I`m familiar with the genre and sure wish I had one! I don`t suppose you know the good Doctor? We could take back knowledge of all the bullcr@p O`Bozo and his @ssclown circus have done to the nation and present it as warning to the people of pre-OBozo America.

BTW, sorry if we disagree but to me, Tom Baker will always be “The Doctor”.

Go to a federal park. Break through the barriers then sue for hurting yourself when you broke through the barriers.

TB was my 1st Doctor. Channel 12 in the Philly burbs. Went to every convention in the tri-state back then. Met Dr.s 2,3,5,6 & 7 as well as several companions. Great people. Good times. Number 10 is My Doctor.

Pleased to post that as of this morning, a section of the TowPath trail, from Peninsula, OH to Szalay`s farmstand is still "guerrilla opened" and being used by a limited number of hikers and bikers.
A number of people stated that its thus "opened" from Brecksville Reservation to Merriman Valley. Weather permitting, I intend to try and ride it to Locke 3 in Akron maybe tomorrow or Tuesday, still VERY proud of my fellow Ohioans, way to go Buckeye State!

The blocking say they are just following orders and have no choice but to follow orders. I.e. precisely the defense of the Nuremberg Nazis. They legally have no choice but to follow legal orders, but are all of their orders legal? IIRC under the anti-deficiency act it is illegal for federal employees to commit the government to unbudgeted expenses. Their superiors spending funds to send them on non-routine missions may be an arguable use of executive judgement. I'd love to have someone argue the point in course The 5th requires compensation for 'takings' which some of their actions have been. In addition to going to court to protest the takings, and to demand compensation, I wonder whether they're able to use the Anti-deficiency Act to go after the takers personally.
