That’s the best Advice I’ve heard all day: I know in the US house there are reports that House Democrats are trying to bring up a “discharge” petition to force the US House to take up a so called “clean bill (one that includes funding for ACA)”.
Is there is a similar mechanism in the Senate? If so Ted Cruz, etc.. ought to get their collegues to move a series of bills that would force Harry Reid to bring up funding for NIH, National Park Service, Veterans Affairs, etc..
ANYONE ON HERE KNOW SENATE PROCEEDURE WELL ENOUGH??
Cruz has been bringing these bills to the floor. Reid and his toadies have been amending them to include full funding. Cruz has objected to the amendments, killing his motions.
Cruz is trying, but the Senate under Harry Reid is resembling a Monty Python skit.
