You ask the germane question. The suggestion that she is mentally may or may not be correct. And, it is irrelevant. What was the justification for using lethal force against her?
Shooting out tires ain’t like in the movies. Rounds don’t penetrate all the time and sometimes get spun off. And tires aren’t necessary for driving.
And yes, going home to MY family is my primary objective of the day. They expect no less.
