The unhinged totalitarian left is a sight to see. Prof Jacobson has it right, the media narrative is wrong, these leftists, especially Bambi, Reid and Pelosi have painted themselves into an absolutist corner.

It’s becoming obvious that those who do not have God in their lives are in perpetual hate mode; they hate everybody and everything - including themselves.
Jesus is the only remedy for this evil.

The paid-for republicans will help them out of any corner they’ve found themselves.
The media will assist, as is their job. PBS (CPB) is still getting paid 400 million plus. Just doing their job.

In the USA, the Tea Party is the "Third Estate". The banking industry along with insurance and some big business are the "Second Estate". And, government is the "First Estate". Time to study the French Revolution; it's like peeking ahead at the last chapter to see how it all ends. Keep your powder dry, FRiends.

They are terrorists, themselves-the left. They are as I type committing terrorism upon the country in shutting down non-federally funded monuments and memorials, forcing people into untenable positions re their choices on health care which affect their very lives, etc.

The fanatical left—Democrats—hate the Tea Party because they fear it. Why do they fear it?
The Tea Party threatens everything the fanatical left has spent decades putting in place, including the GOPe.

The answer is simple: The Tea Party represents American people who love Liberty, Freedom, and the Constitution. How do expect Marxists to react?

Great point. If we’re the terrorists, hostage-takers, bomb-throwers that they paint us as, how can they negotiate with us?
Why aren’t they sending out unmanned drones to take us out?

I wholly agree with Charles Krauthammer. The Tea Party was born because of the legislative activity and the laws they enacted during the two years of Democrat rule in Obama’s first term. Now, with a split congress, what goes around comes around. Or as Obama has heard it, the chickens have come home to roost. Obama, Reid and Pelosi are directly responsible for the existance and strength of the Tea party!

I never really understood the wild reaction to the “Tea Party” that we’ve seen for the past four years. Been to a few events , and it was mostly little old blue-haired ladies from the Federation of Republican Women and similar groups.
But maybe the ‘rats can’t see past their own worldview — their own “grassroots” supporters are all astroturf paid union goons, so they can’t imagine that there would be any real grassroots opposition.
They really are only interested in raw power, and can’t grasp that there are still people in this country who are genuinely concerned about liberty, and restoring the Republic.
I just hope the Republican “Leadership” doesn’t fold like they did last time, snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
