I heard Michelle Bachman say the other day, the because they (the House) fund National Parks, they can go in and “inspect” them at any time. And, bring a lot of help (WWII vets) to help the inspection process!
I don’t follow her closely - but everything I’ve ever heard from her makes me like her... a lot.
