Media Swarm A Guy Who Claims He Signed Up For Obamacare – *Update* Not So Fast ...
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | October 3, 2013 | Sundance

Posted on 10/03/2013 9:12:17 PM PDT by Uncle Chip

(Via Mediaite) On October 1, Chad Henderson successfully signed up for a health care exchange as part of the Affordable Care Act. He was instantly catapulted into the national spotlight as the White House and every single media outlet in America sought to both confirm his story and celebrate his success.

On October 1, Chad Henderson added this widget to his Facebook page announcing his decision to enroll in Obamacare.

Little did he know, his whole world was about to change.

Hang on, Chad. This rocket ship is just taking off:

I’ve now been interviewed by The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post,Chattanooga Times Free Press, The Huffington Post, Enroll America, and POLITICO!! Those stories will be published in the coming days. I have a press conference call with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services later tonight. Also, local folks….. my interview with Kimberly Barbour Wrcb-tv will be aired TONIGHT at 5:30pm on WRCB Channel 3 Eyewitness News so be sure to check it out thanks for all your support!

........................

... Oopsie, turns out that lucky guy Chad’s social media info reveals he “volunteers” for Obama’s “Organizing For America” , he’s President of “Walker County Young Democrats”, and his Facebook says he is paid to “promote for an advocacy group”, a comment he now says was a “joke”.

They can’t even get a real true-life person to sign up to talk to, everything with this administration is a set-up, a lie or a cover-up….

The truth and collectivism...are strangers to each other. They’ve never been introduced.

Some days I want to just sit down and cry. Tears won’t help and I’m starting to wonder if the phone calls and emails help any either.

So this was like literally the first guy to actually sign up for Obamacare voluntarily? ANd that literally noone has actually signed up yet?

That would be just incredible news to shout from the rooftops if true.

I’m beginning to think this was all planned. They knew the law was a trainwreck and would not work. But they weren’t going to admit it. So, they figured they’d shut down the government at the same time as the “roll out” but making signing up impossible. Then they can say “It’s the computer.” Apparently they don’t have the server the NSA has.

I still only see stories about how many people visited the Obamacare websites. I see nothing about the number of happy satisfied customers. People walking through a mall looking through a few open window cases with dancing elves and sugar plumbs and past a lot of boarded up shops but not stopping in stores them to buy anything sure doesn’t make a success full shopping season.

I figured something was up when the State of New York had reported 30+ million attempts to log in to the state exchange ... while there are only 2-3 million uninsured New Yorkers who would need to buy insurance through the exchange anyway.

This thing is a complete disaster. It's like the Federal government passed a law requiring motorists to drive on the left side of the road -- but only if their license plate has a letter "A" in it.

I have to admit... I never thought the first few days of Obamacare implementation would be so fun for conservatives.

He's a Dem supporter/activist, goes out of his way to enroll in ZeroCare, and then prostitutes himself to the "news" media and brags about it on his social media.

Nah, he's not looking for attention or to score some DNC points! I wonder if he dreamed up this little adventure himself, planned it with his Dem support group, or a DNC bigwig sought him out to be their "hero"......

This is one skirmish.

Fred Barnes and Hugh Hewitt, no radical conservatives, were chatting yesterday. They were comparing this to the ‘95 shut down (I remember it as nothing but a lot of nothing plus an added revolt against Newt, who rose to the fore, didn’t back down - and we worked for the govt at the time).

They said it was predicted as the end for republicans. They gained in the next election.

Hugh said something about something I’ve noted. it was that this is different because people are not as tied to the main stream media.

That there is so much going on with social media. People are so aware of the moves politicians are making because they are following on twitter and facebook, (and media that follows information therein, on the internet, radio, etc).

He said the democrats are woefully out of touch with this.

Especially Reid and Obama.

And Fred agreed. They said the dems were caught off guard with how the public is so informed.

And Hugh said it started with Breitbart and what he was doing.

Ted Cruz had a townhall internet meet last night with 100,000 people. Interactive. People respond to being listened to. Cornyn wouldn’t answer his phone the other day. That’s 180 from holding a meeting with whoever wants to join.

Teaching ninth g English, I bring out ‘Red Wheelbarrow’ when we get to that period in American Lit.

We have spent entire class periods on it. I use it to show them how much can be said in a few words.

So, they figured they’d shut down the government at the same time as the “roll out” but making signing up impossible.

That would explain the expensive preprinted signs and aprioristic barrycades. That took a great deal of planning. How to screw the American people and exact as much pain as possible. There thinking (from their closed circles) was the American people would turn on those in favor of less government. They were not expecting the LIVs to be LIV during the shutdown.

Liberals thought it was free. Liberals believe America is rich because they see people with more stuff.

Liberals are not very bright. They are closed minded folks that cannot compete in a land of freedom. They are lazy, in a nutshell.

From an IT perspective this is absolutely jaw-dropping. This is the flagship program the proggies have been salivating for over the period of half a century and THIS is what they come up with? You can't fail any more ignominiously than this.

Hence a certain suspicion that we're being put on. Come on, seriously? These are the people who are going to run organ transplants and brain surgery? These people vote? They drive? They walk around unattended?

Organ transplants. Wow. I hadn’t thought of that.

No, there won’t be any.

If there are doctors, we’ll be lucky.

Potential patients won’t sign up for this (well, they can’t, but that’s beside the point).

Anyone, any pundit, politician, anyone, who doesn’t firmly claim to be against this disaster will regret not having done so.

Why don't we hear of members of the pro-Obama media being among the first to sign up for constitutionally indefensible Obamacare. Or have I missed something?
