I just got my driver's license renewed in OH. They asked me to register to vote, be an organ donor, sign a living will, about medical things, etc. No wonder people have either decided not to drive or drive unlicensed!

In Ohio, your voting record can be accessed by anyone from the Sec of state website.
It can also be accessed at findthedata.com which also gives your birthday.
Easy picking for the IRS!

Michigan used to have an organ donor card they handed out with every new license. You filled out what if anything you wanted to ‘donate’ and stuck the peel-off sticker to the back of the license.
A few traffic cops got a chuckle out of the sticker on mine...donating my left nut.
