Obamacare phones offered to health insurance buyers

Say hello to Obamacare phones.

In Tennessee, those shopping on the new health insurance co-ops could end up with more than just some health insurance. They might even walk away with a free smartphone.

The Nashville Business Journal is reporting that Community Health Alliance, Tennessee’s Obamacare health insurance co-op, is using the prospect of a free phone to encourage folks to enroll:

Can they just use taxpayer money to bribe people to enroll for something paid for by taxpayer money like that? I know it's Obama we're talking here, but in the real world with rule of law and all, would this be legal (disregarding ObozoScare for the moment)? How is a middleclass with high unemployment and many part-time workers supposed to pay for the moochers, themselves (at increased rates), and the favored classes like unions and Congress who get waivers? is he trying to destroy us this year so he has his next "crisis" for the next diabolical step of America's destruction? I wish he'd have a stroke, I really do.

It’s an exercise in futility. Most people either don’t need an Obamaphone, or they already have one. The next move will probably be to cut off the Obamaphones if the parasites don’t enroll.

It will eventually boil down to “us” being on the same level as “them”, the moochers and favored classes. Redistribution of wealth in the express lane. Ditto re the stroke, etc.

This is a massive redistribution from the producers to the takers, and he means to see that it happens while he’s in office so he can tighten the screws to what’s left of the middle class in whatever way he has in mind (re-education camps? up against the wall?) in case he doesn’t manage a way to to hold power. I hope he has a stroke before the year is out. I pray he does. A really really bad one. Just like I would’ve prayed for Hitler or Stalin to have. And they’re never ever getting those guns if I ever find them in the lake where they fell.

they think when we get our 2014 tax bills paying for all this we have the money to do it (Obama has repeatedly talked about “extra money” we don't need...like he has)

or they expect we will simply do what we have to do to get the money to pay them

or we will slide into the entitlement class and then be dependent on them (trickle down poverty)

or for the older of us, we will just die sooner of untreated disease (having used up our lifetime allocation of healthcare by a formula that has been published in studies by Rahm Emmanuel's brother Ezekiel and others) - at least they will keep us pain free as we die, new federal grants to study “palliative medical care” have already been announced and of course, obamacare includes the new entitlement of mandatory end-of-life counseling by all enrolled providers. This counseling will be documented in our govt health records. They will have a de facto “DNR”. Our kids’ consciences can be salved that Mom and Dad “would have wanted it this way”

then then our estates and accumulated wealth can be seized and redistributed.

This is all a new age of “social justice” citizen, so who are you to challenge the peoples’ interests?

Feast, about the free nationwide propagandized news coverage. Who is stupid enough to not see this for what it is? Socialism. The government has the media carrying it’s water for everything else ofcoasse the health care too.
If of were private insurance you would not see this.

Actually the free phones are to lessen the sting when the parasites realize the healthcare isn’t free; this whole thing can hurt the Dems in the upcoming election and they know it. A lot of working poor (who WILL pay) may desert the Dem candidates; the non-working poor already have free healthcare.

The Dems now have to contend with a lot of people who thought they’d get an insurance card in the mail reading: “Free health insurance from white taxpayers”.

Just check your phone bill. There is a Universal Tax specifically for ‘free’ Omama phones, this will probably increase.

Well, for certain in the next term they’ll want free Obama Computers so they can go on line and sign up for Obamacare. We’re heading there. We’re all going to be SAME.

I sense your frustration mrsmel as all of us who love our country try to make sense of those without a scintilla of common sense run the country we love into the ground for very selfish reasons, and hoping somehow beyond hope that they may be held accountable for their folly without dragging the rest of us over the cliff with them.

...as to the stroke, that would be letting someone off the hook and accountability is a far better and more satisfying direction IMHO.
