Those selling insurance of any kind are required to posess a license which requires a state examination and registration with the state. Shouldn’t that be required for these navigators. ?
I agree. We should require all Navigators to be licensed.
However, they aren't selling insurance. They are only advising you on where to sign up to pay a tax. They tax is to pay for health care for those who don't pay for health care (like Congress and the Senate). If you want health care, you'll have to pay for it yourself.
