In the News/Activism forum, on a thread titled Fraud firm gets OK to sign people up for ObamaCare, UCANSEE2 wrote:
Those selling insurance of any kind are required to posess a license which requires a state examination and registration with the state. Shouldnt that be required for these navigators. ?
I agree. We should require all Navigators to be licensed.
However, they aren’t selling insurance. They are only advising you on where to sign up to pay a tax. They tax is to pay for health care for those who don’t pay for health care (like Congress and the Senate). If you want health care, you’ll have to pay for it yourself.
They are enrolling people into a Health Care plan which the SCOTUS has ruled is a tax for a service rendered in this case by the state. However the state diverts that tax is another matter. But to enroll in that plan you must pay that tax, and the seller derives a remuneration for doing so,whether it is a commission or a salary and that should be the position taken by the states wherever they’re located.
With the same government oversight which gave us 10 to 30 million criminal trespassers running O’Commie CrappyCare just imagine how many bogus people will be receiving our money for medical expenses which never were incurred.
This is an ACORN scum bag’s wet dream.
The good thing about it is a lot of obama supporters are the ones signing up. They’ll get screwed by the people they support.
Oh that one is easy-
