"Investigate," I assume, means "erase." This will disappear in no time; in fact, most of what I have read about it in the Kenyan press recently is that "Muslim communities" were afraid of retribution and that they were receiving special protection and that one of the police officers who helped save people was a Muslim.
That's all well and good, and I congratulate him because he obviously thought of himself first as a human being who was sworn to protect, and he rose to the challenge.
But one decent person, acting against the dictates of his religion, doesn't make up for the many evil people who do hideous things following its dictates.
And yet no society can discuss this. Not us, not the Kenyans, not any of the victims are allowed to talk honestly about their attackers.
I know a woman who is pro gay marriage, pro abortion on demand and is divorced. She takes Communion every Sunday and considers herself a proud Catholic. Maybe he is a Muslim in the same way this woman I know is a Catholic?
