An executive order doesn’t originate in the House. I don’t think he CAN allocate money for himself.
And especially not if the House already allocated all the revenue to either genuinely-critical services or to debt reduction. If they did that they wouldn’t have to raise the debt ceiling because our debt would actually start going DOWN as funds would be allocated to go to principal...

Yep, but Barry is special. He doesn’t care what the Constitution says about spending originating in the House. I can seem him doing it anyway. With the Supreme Court we have, who knows?
