There are two things I have not heard being discussed in connection with the Obamacare legislation. Why is there no moratorium on immigration into the US at this time when our govt claims that already millions of our own citizens are too poor to afford healthcare? Also, providing free care for those who are without the means to take care of themselves could not possibly cost what the taxpayers are going to pay for the new army of govt workers hired to facilitate and enforce Obamacare.
And of course there is always the billions of taxpayer dollars the US sends to foreign countries to squander on God knows what.

They are transferring jobs from the private sector insurance companies to the public sector and we are paying for them. They will be far less efficient and costly than private, but that is the idea.
