Insurance rates for old men will rise too

My Medicare Advantage doctor visit cost increased by 200%

The out of pocket limit increased by 28%

The drug cost increase is too complex to calculate

Obama care is, inspite of the current efforts in Congress

I went to fill my my teenage daughters RX,doxycycline. $1100. I had to use some special card by the manufacturer that magically got it down to $10. I may be getting old but I remember getting giant bottles of tetracycline for about five dollars a bottle. I have driven down to Mexico and bought doxycycline for less than five bucks. Why is a really old and hardly cutting edge antibiotic costing this much? ( the generic was still 500 dollars)

Mine is not as bad.

Doctor visit up by 67%

I do not need at out of pocket limit at this time so do not know if it changed. It probably did.

Drug cost up 25%.

My wife's Advantage plan premium (mine is zero) went up 8% plus the increase in the Medicare premium.
