Exactly. Boehner and those that vote to delay need to go. Let it be implemented on time and as is. Delaying until after the 2014 election is foolish.
It raises several possibilities.
Delaying it is a win for us...Getting it to Obama where he vetos the bill is a win for us.
I think it all comes down to sticking together.
If the Rinos in the Senate vote against cloture this time, it might make a difference and force Reid to take the bill apart.
I think Boehner is doing the right thing.
The Republicans have a big consensus in the house to defund and delay for one year and like Bachmann said in the interview with Greta. The Democrats are probably secretly hoping this happens to avoid the train wreck before 2014. All Boehner has to do is please both sides but it will look like he took a stand.

The analysis? Republicans send it back othe Senate saying this is in no way ready to go live and they want a year to get it right. During this time, they take it apart bit by bit and continue to say it is unworkable.
Meanwhile, Obama and Reid have a hissy, showing them for what they really are.
Here is the problem. Because Republicans are squish, Obama is going to get somthing for the dealy. My bet is immigration reform.
If FUBAR ack vetos this bill, assuming it ever gets past Weed, er Reid in the senate, that will be a 100% victory. It would mean the dems see it as a loser now too and are swinging away from his excellency’s plans. Of course that is a big if because no way this comes to the Senate floor if Weed, er Ried figures out it will pass. He is Obama’s heat shield.
If Weed, er Reid strips out the part about delaying OC this time, the house needs to begin sending up one spending bill at a time avoiding any spending for HHS and Treasury. Let’s see them turn those back too. Hopefully the people in Nv, unfortunately who were dumb enough to send Weed, er Reid back to Congress will unload on him and his demon seeds.
I would think a delay would only help the dems because once people fully feel the effects of this disastrous law, they will not elect a democrat majority for many years to come. I could be wrong of course.
With the Democrats having access to all information gathered by the NSA along with their manipulation the electronic voting machines, I doubt that the Democrats are actually worried about the outcome of the 2014 elections. hey larned their lesson in 2010 and as 2012 demonstrated, learned it well.
Something that needs to be taken into consideration. How many Dems In congress vote for it? Can Pelosi hold her caucus where rats are in danger of losing their districts?
If this comes out of the house bipartisan, the senate will have no choice but to go along with it.
I'll tell you where the pressure will come from: THE MEDIA. They will LIE through their teeth telling the low information voters that grandma and grandpa aren't getting their social security checks so they can't eat, can't go to the doctor, and that the "tea party wing of the Republican party" is trying to kill them.
Don't know if you remember the last government shutdown, however with the exception of the tea party mention above, the Media told the entire country Republican's were trying to kill grandma and grandpa, and that our military wasn't getting paid.
It worked, Republican's folded.
History is doomed to repeat itself here because the Republican Party doesn't have the message out that a "shutdown" doesn't mean Grandma and Grandpa will go hungry, homeless or die.

The elitest politicians have played this game with us many time. They think they know how to play us. Boner and Reid are the same beast. Make them do what they least expect. Don’t let them play by their rules. Follow Cruzs lead, no politics, stand on principle.

Senator Mike Lee put forward this plan. Defund Obamacare while funding everything else. The first step in his plan of course - DUH - was for the HOuse to get the ball rolling, then, the Senate GOP would be asked to hold firm on what the House had done, and that included, don’t vote for cloture on the bill.
Enter Ted Cruz, who immediately endorsed the plan, promoted it and ran with it. Also Heritage Action under Jim DeMint, and some other conservative orgs.
The website http://www.dontfundobamacare.com was Lee’s and Cruz’s centerpiece. Along with ads and public speeches urging citizens to sign the petition and to contact their reps and senators.
A member of the House took up the challenge there and crafted a bill and started getting colleagues on board. Enough House members banded together and stopped Boehner/Cantor from passing anything that funded obamacare. Boehner didn’t have the votes for anything he might have wanted to cave on. But he had to do something so he did this.
The Senate GOP responded horribly. That is not the fault of Lee or Cruz. They hated the young turks who were standing up and putting pressure on them. They hated that the HOuse was sending them a defund bill. They attacked the good guys, never the Dems. You saw it and heard it, unless you were sleeping the whole time.
Enough of the history of this.

Why “repeal” a law that is already “UNCONSTITUTIONAL.”
The Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional because Chief Justice John Roberts rewrote portions of it to satisfy Obama. We need a congressional investigation on John Robert on why he changed his mind about the law. The conservative justices of the court were floored when he did what he did.
And why did he do it? Because he was blackmailed by the Obama and the Administration about the adoption of his Irish kids and they were going to expose him and take the kids away.
This is MY opinion.
