Karl Rove, normally a critic of Ted Cruz, complimented the freshman senators marathon speech and said he had positioned himself well for 2016.
I obviously dont agree with the strategy . . . of trying to defund [Obamacare] as opposed to trying to delay . . . but that was an extraordinary performance, Rove said

Yup, the next few years will be “Cruz is good, but he’s just not ready for POTUS” because of his inexperience. “We think McCain has a great chance this time around” blah blah blah
The dems will give us advice, saying Cruz is too “radical”, we need to run someone more sensible.
Why do GOPe always listen to the dems advice on who to run as a candidate? How’s that been working out?
Rove goes from sending opposition research on Cruz to Chris Wallace, to praising Cruz within a week. Rove is such a piece of filth.

Conservative voters are a sleeping giant. Every time they begin to wake up the Republican leadership panics and pretends to care. But as time passes the leadership grows confident again and returns to its RINO ways.
Like back in 2009 the leadership was terrified of the Tea Party and even McCain was talking like a conservative, but now they have gone back to their real selves and blame the Tea Party for everything bad.
This time we are done.
