There will be just enough RINO votes (by the RINOs who need to be voted back into office sooner) to say “see we tried to stop OCare” but not quite enough to actually stop it. They’re playing games with us.
That’s probably an accurate description of the situation as it will develop.
Many if not most of the NO votes will be fake phony conservative posturing as insurance for re-election.
