Harry Reid plans to use a procedural trick to fund Obamacare with only 50 votes, but first he needs 6 Republican votes on "cloture" to approve the process.
Tell the Republicans to OPPOSE cloture to stop Harry Reid's plan to fund Obamacare. Tell them a vote for cloture is a vote to fund Obamacare.
NOTE: Some Republicans may say a vote for cloture is a vote against Obamacare. It is not. If cloture were truly a vote against Obamacare, the Democrats wouldn't be supporting it. Cloture will allow the Democrats to fund Obamacare.

I called Mitch McConnell’s office to tell the person there they should start looking for another job because whether or not he wins the primary, which we will do all we can to stop happening,he will not be Senator after 2014. We are not voting for him, even against Grimes.

Made my calls this morning could not get through to Sen. Cornyn!
Called Levin and Stabenow (both dems) from Michigan. Stabenow’s staffer was polite and let me talk and said he would pass it along and thanked me for calling. Levin’s staffer sounded like he had taken a lot of angry calls. Started debating me and said the gov’t would be shut down. I basically said it has happened before and we would survive, in other works thanks to Mark Levin I had my facts straight. The staffer called me a radical twice for wanting to shut down the government. That’s all they have people, fear mongering.

Are you secretly working for Rand? LOL. Why is Rand undermining the defund effort in public? Rand is clearly doing calculated damage to the defund effort with his negative statements. All the RINOs are hiding behind those statements today.
You must be a paulistian if you can’t see how Rand is trying to be on both sides of this issue. When the chips were down on the defund plan Rand hitched his wagon to McConnell and stands with the establishment. I am surprised we haven’t seen him pop up on MSNBC to bash Cruz.
Cornyn will vote for cloture, he is leadership. He’s locked in. Now if by some miracle he votes against it it will only be because he got a pass. The one to watch is Paul, the GOPe is leaning real heavy on Paul to give them cover. I do not think Paul will cave but the pressure is on, big time.
I "secretly" work for all good conservatives now that I am retired and have the time to do so. I like Paul it is true, but I also worry about Paul, he has a tendency to go wobbly as he is thinking his way thru issues, but thus far he made the right decision on all the important matters so I am still OK with defending him.

You are correct, I missed that. But I did not miss Paul taking the Senate floor in support of Cruz numerous times the other day so I am some what confused. Should I believe my eyes and ears or should I believe lodi90, hmmmmmm, what to do, what to do, what to do.

Just called Rands office. They said he was voting no on cloture. I mentioned that it wasn’t listed like that on the don’t fund it website, and he said “I can assure you, he will vote no”.
Cloture on HR 59 was voted on yesterday and it was unanimous.
