Rep. Peter King (SCUMBAG) Bashes Sen. Ted Cruz on CNN: ‘Those I’ve Spoken To Think He’s Crazy’

Congressman Peter King has been one of the strongest Republican voices opposing Ted Cruz‘s fight against Obamacare, frequently calling him a “fraud.” On CNN Wednesday night, King continued hammering Cruz, telling Anderson Cooper that despite how much Cruz may view himself as a conservative “folk hero” the majority of the country is rallying behind, “those I’ve spoken to think he’s crazy.”

King likened this to the Charge of the Light Brigade and said Cruz is a “kamikaze pilot,” ultimately finding his tactics to be destructive to the Republican party. He continued to call Cruz a fraud and a “medicine man selling goods he knows are phony goods.”

Cooper asked why King is taking the “unusual” step of being so critical of a member of his own party. King said he has no loyalty to Cruz, adding that Cruz was trying to intimidate Republican members of Congress” in the past few months to vote his way “with explicit threats of primaries.”

His plan?

Special deals for him, his family, and his staff
(which grows with payoffs and sex favors)
while he imposes ObamaCARE/RomneyCARE/DeathPanels
on others.

Anyone who listens to Peter King talk can easily realize that he is a blithering idiot who is very full of himself.

That’s quite a compilation. Yep, think I have seen all of those at some time or another.

We have to remember that a New York Republican is just a Democrat whose dues lapsed.

One more reason I’ll vote for a democrat or stay home before I’d vote for “republicans” like King. Send them to the trash bin of history even if it takes helping the democrats in the short term.

Funny, the same thing was said about Jesus.

Not at all comparing Cruz with Jesus, but the attitude of these darkened minds to true light.

If the establishment doesn’t support our nominee, no matter who it is, we won’t win. The numbers simply aren’t there. Same is ture I’m either party at any time.

I’m making a mental note. The next time anyone here defends this psycho-lib, I’m calling them on it.

I can understand some people can give examples of a situation where it would be better to keep he status quo because so-and-so votes with us 1% of the time, but King is such a net negative, he is indefensible. He is a Krispy Kreme. Another frozen yogurt trying to make a name for himself.

In calling Ted Cruz a terrorist, he is in effect, calling middle America the same thing. This east coaster needs to be rollercoasted to the unemployment line, stat!

I think his over the top personal anger toward Cruz, is pure jealousy. King sees that eloquent, handsome man being what he can’t and he hates Cruz for that.

Cruz is the whole package - handsome as hell, just the right age to be at his best, and knowing constitutional law backwards and forwards and knowing the history of this country so he can pull it out whenever he needs it. His diction is perfect and he explains details well.

No one can beat this man - no Democrat, especially Hillary who would swoon in a heap on the floor if she was that near him.

They can’t find a flaw in this man, so they say, “he’s crazy”. Well, give me some of that.

Rove News loves giving time to King, especially to trash real conservatives. He’s Rove’s toad.

Especially depressive, since there are many solid congressmen who could be on instead, like Jim Bridenstein.

Cruz sure has done us a favor by exposing the frauds. I knew these Republicans were weak, but not this pathetic and venal.

You are definitely on to something.

Cruz is young (relatively), energetic, knowledgeable, intelligent, well spoken, enthusiastic, principled, personable, outspoken and doesn’t back down. That is quite a threat to anyone in a leadership position in the GOP or someone who thinks his place in line for the presidential nomination might be bumped.

I thinking King is showing a severe case of penis envy, as are several other GOPes.

Whereas Peter King looks like a cross between a mafia goon and a mythological creature that hides under bridges and eats goats.

Cruz has already succeeded at shining the light on the RINO infiltrators. The war for control over the GOP between the Tea-party conservatives and the blue blood establishment has been engaged. Conservatives know that this the last great hope for liberty, if we lose our way of life is lost for generations.

I agree. The lines have all been drawn, last night showed everyone the truth, if they chose to watch and learn.
Today, the horrid extreme and outright school yard name calling has made everything that much clearer.

Bring it - *I just love quoting Andrew :)

He started with David Dewhurst, a GOP-e if there ever was one, Lt. Gov of TX, kicking his wormy ass out of the kennel.

Apparently ALL the wormy ‘R’s are getting the message, that the people know when somebody finally REPRESENTS them.

Lois Lerner didn’t label TEA as toxic to their careers as a courtesy: it was a WARNING. And that’s why I say RINOs, JUMP NOW WHILE YOU CAN! Or go down in ignomious defeat. I love the taste of RINO tears...
