Well then Collins should oppose cloture since Reid is not allowing amendments. Shouldn’t be a difficult call if she really wants “everything discussed on the floor”.
That's the weasel path the RINOs all expect to take. Tell them that a vote for cloture is a vote for ObamaCare. That they know it, we know it and we know what they are trying to pull.
She doesn't need to "feel" anything. She needs to listen to her base, and vote with Cruz.
