Officially, Indian subcontinent natives are Caucasian, just like the rest of the "white" race. They just happen to have lived in a high-insolation environment long enough for their bodies to regain some of the ability to make melanin that their ancestors lost before their subset of Caucasian moved away from their homeland...a low insolation environment.
Shery’s daughter answering.....we have LOTS of sikhs where I’m from. And most of them are not what we would call “white”. There are a few pale ones, but their skin is still darker than most whites. And many of them are VERY dark skinned.
