Savage might make it with the east coast commuter crowd and his brand of Stream of consciousness radio. It might appeal to hundreds of thousands of commuters because they can escape the real world on the way home.
The public is being "nudged" into another "Fairness Doctrine" era because "experts" are telling broadcasters that the public wants it. Time for a civil war if talk radio is headed into submission.
An idea for a Savage app.. notifies when Savage is talking existential issues affecting America.
Savage will not be on WRKO in Boston if he goes to 3:00PM. Howie Carr owns that spot.
Going to have a tougher time going up against the former colleagues Rusty Humphries and Sean Hannity. Rusty is now the 6th most listened to radio show.
