But I would be very curious to see what our new Pope’s position on this would be..
Pope Francis is equally opposed to abortion. Aside from just the Church’s general position, he spoke very eloquently the other day to an Italian medical association about the fact that they had to resist abortion or all of the other things (such as killing of the elderly or handicapped) that are an assault on God-given life.
Cdls Burke is just doing his job. Do you really think he would be making this statement without the Pope’s knowledge and approval?
Would the Pope consider Cardinal Burke’s comment and “obsession”?
Burke is correct and the Pope knows already before Burke made this public. At last!!!
