When I was studying the Constitution in law school, and when we studied the Vietnam War in history classes in college, the liberals were all agog at the strength of the Congress regarding the power of the purse. They liked to talk about how Congress used its power to appropriate money to force a President to stop fighting a war. If Congress can force a President to surrender to Communists, Congress can certainly force a Communist to surrender to American patriots.

Great point! We used to fight the damned communists. I was there. Now we have one occupying the White House. We’ve fallen a long way.
