It is not apparent that the men in the video are the ones who killed the children.
It looks more like they have gathered their bodies somewhere and are showing it to the ‘media’ to try and get out word of the atrocities.
Or am I the only one that sees it this way ?

No It's not a slam dunk on who did this atrocity. It is hard to believe that the man who is parading the small child around without her head really cares what happened to the child. Of course they are not going to have knives and guns when they are taking the video for propaganda purposes.
The guy is evidently saying that the Syrians did this, but as the site points out, this girl child is wearing Western clothes not Muslim clothes.
Just his lack of respect for the child is enough to make me believe that the site is right and the rebels are using the child for propaganda purposes. It is similar to the video that shows a couple pulling up to a group of men. They get out of the front seat and then one of the men pulls a child from the floor of the back seat of the car and parades the child around and claims it is a victim of the chemical attack. What couple puts their child in the back of a car on the floor to be removed by a man in the crowd to parade around as a victim.

That's why I said we don't know who is doing what to who. And I don't believe Obama when he says he has proof, it's the Syrians. He said it was a video that provoked Benghazi and we know that's a boldface lie his whole administration put forth.

It doesn't matter really which side this death cult is on...they do this to each other daily. Because they do this daily and see these be-headings from their own upbringing..they place no particular meaning to it...except it's Allah's will...which they've been brainwashed to believe.
They love using bodies and torture....and then showing it to the world...it breeds fear and insecurity in non-muslims....which IS terrorism. They pass to us what they have been taught and live by...their Imams and Religious teachers make certain muslims live in fear and can easily deceive every one of them.
