Republican Sen. Rand Paul says President Barack Obamas health care law probably can't be defeated or gotten rid of.
And hes suggesting there is little he and other congressional Republicans can do to stop the law from taking effect.

Yo Paul! Aint it a bit early to show your hand?
I’d say his odds of becoming the next president just dropped big time.
Bull Shit
Pansy.
Yup. Cruz was on Levin’s show Thursday night and was very gracious toward Rand. Rand seems to want the Oval Office too much, and he may be trying to distance himself from Cruz. If so, big mistake.
Gees, did Rand Paul just catch that well known disease that afflicts Republicans in Washington D.C. called Rollover Syndrome? Stand up for principle, even for a lost cause. Show the people that you aren’t another bought off politician. There goes my support for this guy.
If the majority of voters hate it, it can easily become history.
It’s worth getting the Leftie Senators to vote over and over on FUNDING it, though. And never, never give up. They all work for us, in DC, including you, Senator Paul.
The House can stand its ground until the 2014 elections and shut it all down.
Yes it can defeat Obamacare.
The Democrats are counting on Republicans not having any spine for a bite-fight to the death.
Rand is off from the majority of conservatives ~50% of the time. No way will he become POTUS.
He represents Washington for the voters back home.
We have 2 who are - Ted Cruz and Mike Lee.
Run Ted Run!!!
Yep, That is my favorite stratergy.
It is not inconsistent with what has said in the past, especially on FNS.
When the Democrats have a Senate majority, how do you get rid of Obamacare?
Isn’t Rand Paul just stating the obvious?
There really isn’t a need for a Republican Party anymore.
Paul has a point, but only if he believes that Republicans will cave in the Senate - add votes to Demos for 60 and Republicans will cave in the house in the conference.
History is on his side.
The Republicans don’t have the numbers, unfortunately.
