Michelle Obama: POTUS would've been an architect
Politico44 A Living Diary of the Obama Presidency ^ | 9/20/13 | JENNIFER EPSTEIN

President Obama could have been an architect, if only he were more talented and creative, first lady Michelle Obama joked Friday.

"Really, deep down, he would have been an architect had he been as talented and creative as all of you," the first lady told honorees at the Cooper-Hewitt Design Awards ceremony in the East Room of the White House.

"From the president to you, he loves you all, he loves your work, he loves everything about every ounce of who you are, and so it is a delight to have you here," she said. "I always look forward to this event because it’s a chance to celebrate some of our country’s finest innovators and most creative minds."

"From the president to you, he loves you all, he loves your work, he loves everything about every ounce of who you are......"

What skeeves me out the most here is this is something I would expect to hear on Sunday morning as the Priest talks of Jesus. I'm offended every time the grifters try and paint Oloser as a Messiah.

Obama likely doesn't have the math skills needed for a degree in architecture.

Maybe more like lack of dedication — modern calculators have made the math fairly easy to execute. He has a big crowd to prop him up in politics. It would have been just God and him in architecture, and he was on the outs with God.

For a split second I thought it said, “POTUS would’ve been an ANTICHRIST.

modern calculators have made the math fairly easy to execute.

While this is true, one does need to understand the nature of the question being posed. If you perform a calculation that indicates you will need 10 tons of concrete, is that actually reasonable, or did you enter a bad equation? Alternatively, if the calculator indicates that you need 1,000,000,000 tons of concrete, will that be a problem?

I've known people who got very bad (but correct) answers and didn't have the wit to recognize it.

This house looks to me like it would be a blindingly massive migraine!

While the thought of having a stream under the house seems refreshing and soothing, I wonder if they ever have problems with flash floods and a swollen stream due to the spring thaw.

I thought he wanted to be an exporter-importer. Or was that just as Art Vandelay?

I doubt Obama has the IQ needed (114) to get into the professional schools that require high math & science ability. He got into Harvard Law on AA. Good point about his ability to not be able to see ahead. The economy proves that.

I would think that an IQ higher than 114 is needed to be accepted into a school and to complete the program.

Mathematics is an unforgiving mistress. She does not allow for mistakes. She does not allow for interpretation. She is cruel and hard on those who do not treat her as the queen. She does not call for compromise. Mathematics does not rely on popular vote, nor emotion.

Obama could not do Algebra if he needed to.

A colleague of mine bought several of Hitlers paintings anonymously in the early 70’s for a very cheap price at a Sothebeys auction.

He hid them for years, never wanting to show them in his home or lend them to a gallery.

He sold a few of them years ago, and from his meager 120k investment, made about 4 million or so (don’t quote me on these numbers, this is what I recall the story was).

He has also bought work from Richard Speck, Manson and Gacy (clown paintings of all things). He just holds on to them. He says he doesn’t have an interest in killers or such, it’s just economics.

My wife thinks he’s deranged.

That is my opinion, too. A First Lady doesn’t respect her husband the way Mrs. Joke does. A wife, in general, doesn’t do this to her husband in public, and neither does he to her. Every so often it’s like they like to prove to the public that their marriage is a loveless sham.

Architect huh, think Moochelle meant that as a code word for interior decorator......Know what I mean.

There's certainly plenty of evidence that he knows all the ins and outs of that business.

Here he shows his skill at handling a wooden pole, using just the proper stroke to lay it on just right and using the proper protection to avoid a dripping mess.

From what I have read an IQ of 114 is the entry score into professional schools. Most students score higher. I peg Obama at about 105.
