No you are wrong, with all do respect. I happened to switch channels to see who was on Cross Fire last night. I caught the tale end of Wolf Blitzer. He did almost five minutes with Peter King and one other republican from the House and they were excoriating Cruz.

Peter King said something to the effect, “I wish Ted Cruz would just shut up, and mind his own business. Stay the hell out of our business in the Senate, etc etc.”

I thought to myself at first, “What an SOB! I can’t believe he spoke ill of a fellow Republican, breaking the 11th Commandment.”

But I thought, this couldn’t be better, because it puts Cruz in the middle of both parties, and he will now be a man of the people.

I can’t wait to see what will happen....

This is the Tea Party's moment. Letters of encouragement to Cruz are fine but he is not the man that needs persuading. What has to be done is what Cruz is advocating, a deluge of calls, emails, etc., to every Congressman on the Hill. Let them know your thoughts on their future if they fail to get behind defunding Obamacare.

The only name I see in this article is Cruz...let’s NAME some of these ‘insiders’, or I have to believe that NRO is just making this up.

Do any of these guys have better ideas? Or are they only interested in taking shots at Cruz because they resent the attention he gets?

I’m glad someone is standing up for America. I don’t expect to agree with everything he says, but at least he’s willing to push back against the congresscritter club. That’s more than I can say for 99% of them.

p.s. Where’s Rand Paul on this? Is he silent? Not getting any news coverage? Not fighting? Tired of fighting?

Cruz is in the Senate, so, the business in the Senate is Cruz’s business.

Peter T King is in the House.
