Oh well! One less Greenpeace ship. If the Spetznaz crew can’t open the door, they’ll just blast it.

Greenpeace has been known in the past, for their intrusion into ‘national waters’, as opposed to ‘open sea’. So their attempt to make themselves look like the good guys, doesn’t work for me.

This time, they “dallied with the pooch”, by getting noticed by the Russians.

I doubt we will see this ship, again.

The Russians have been claiming portions of the Arctic Sea as territorial waters, in defiance of all international treaties. It could be that Greenpeace is in the right, here, and trying to enforce international right to navigation. A job the United States Navy used to do, before it got caught up in babysitting the Middle East 24/7.
