I also find it intersting that they are citing as evidence that the regime is responsible the following:

The quality of the Sarin.
The type of rockets.
The warheads of said rockets.

As opposed to what? The quality of the Sarin and the types of chemical delivery rockets and warheads that the rebels possess? BTW - how did they get samples of the Sarin and who analyzed it? It is fairly volatile in a hot desert environment. Was UXO recovered?

Not saying that I believe the rebels launched these against their own side - a possibility, but remote compared to the probability that the attack did in fact come from the government as advertised.

What I do read, between the lines, is that the rebels too have chemical weapons - just not the same number, type and perhaps quality that the regime does.

But then again maybe I am misled by the lack of clarity and poor English construction of the idiotic Yahoo and AP reportage.
