Little Stevie represents Memphis. If I recall correctly, he beat Harold Ford in the Dim primary. Memphis/Shelby Co. is 99.99% Dim. He and little Jimmy Cooper D-Nashville are the only Dims in the TN congressional delegation, I believe.
