In his new job as head chaplain in the military, Brig.-Gen. John Fletcher will be overseeing the religious needs of Canadas troops, shoring up what the Defence Department calls its chaplaincys inclusive, welcoming culture.
As an openly gay member of the military and Anglican priest for more than two decades, its an environment Fletcher has benefitted from firsthand.
His recent appointment is in sharp contrast to past military policy, which allowed discrimination against gays and lesbians. Fletcher said he came out not long after a landmark court decision struck down the rule in 1992, alleviating his fears about what could happen to his career if he did come out.

You said... “Gay head”....
This man is unable to represent the gospel of Christ, irrespective of what he might think. The words out of his mouth and the life he lives exposes his adoption of a false religion.
What happens to us in a society that completely embraces his world view?
Not happy with just bringing down the church he is now trying his hand and bringing down the military.
“...its an environment Fletcher has benefitted from firsthand.”

“Head” Chaplain.
That not only explains his position , but his favorite sex act.
How can nations survive when they are Godless and perversion is rampant. It has never worked before and it will not work now.
Gay and head priest... Isn’t that redundant?

Just wait ‘til a Muslim wants to be head priest. He ain’t gonna wanna do that gay stuff.
I thought all chaplins were gay...
So happy I retired from this crap in 2009.
They spelled his last name wrong.

His church. For too many years now the Anglican church has been a source of social experiments. God is not amused.
And by extension all churches because the devil is an equal opportunity attacker both from without and within!
No, I don’t think God would be very happy at all!
That is a very good question. It seems that at one point in time, Rome held such a view. The Western world came away from such a view, largely through the influence of the gospel. It now appears that we are returning to such error. If it becomes the overwhelming majority view, again, then I suspect believers in Christ will be executed in large numbers, again.
