I have always suspected that Libya was where the arms supply started plus our SPEC OPS night vision technology was given/lost to AQ sympathizers.
I think 0bama signed the waiver to cover the fact that he previously gave arms to Al Qaeda from Benghazi, Libya.
He’s already committed that crime, in my estimation.
He’s just retroactively covering up.
