Sure. It happens to be true that blacks perpetrate more violent crimes. So what? It’s still a relatively small minority of the black population. Round up the miscreants and move on. If a few get shot in the process of committing wicked acts, then so be it.
This is where I just don’t get conservatives. We talk the talk about guns preventing crime and such, but how often do conservatives actually carry the tools of liberty? When was the last time YOU carried a handgun? Openly. With pride.
But no. We conservatives tend to sit in our well locked houses, with ADT on, and worry about crime.

And it's not such a small minority. Wikipedia gives a 29% chance of a black born in the USA in 1991 of seeing jail time. That's not 'relatively small'.
That's debatable but lets take it to be true. As you say so What? A majority of blacks are racial and expect that they can be so. A majority of blacks refuse to criticize any black so in turn support all kinds of racial and anti white crap, violence or otherwise. A majority of blacks are African-American and relish that. So it isn't just about the violence although that is certainly important it is about race and is in no way a minority of the black population.

Approximately one out of three black males has been incarcerated for felonious offenses at some point in his life. 33% isn't exactly a small minority. It's a figure demonstrating that violence, criminality, and indigence is a deeply engrained part of American black culture.

No, this is not really the case. Its not just a few “one percenters” who make it look bad for all blacks. Most all black persons have a disrespect for the law, personal property, and the structures of our country. That is why they are cheating on welfare, tossing trash on the ground, dressing like idiots, and refusing to give the police the time of day even when they witness a crime against one of their own. Their little kids five years old will show you who they are by their actions which I see every day. Punching their siblings like they were a punching bag, cursing as loud as they can scream, damaging everything in sight. The black culture is a rejection of civil society. The vast majority of black persons are cynical, racist and disaffected to the point where it is a safe assumption that a black person is likely committed or committing a crime. It may not be a violent crime. While Americans of West African origin are genetically violent people, they are not all violent, but they are mostly disrespectful of the law.
