If the law does not apply equally to all American Citizens how can it be Constitutional? We have all these exempt and specially treated groups, including our so called leaders that it just seems it can’t be legal.
Congress, I think is also exempt from Social Security!!!

I hope it doesn’t happen, but if Obama and Sebelius give the unions a subsidy, what is Congress going to do? I haven’t seen any willingness to do more than posturing by the GOP leadership.

Seems like the law would be applied unequally if a union member got a federal subsidy for health care (regardless of income) and an employee of a non-unionized business did not. Sounds like a lawsuit in the making.

So what? Since when has that ever stopped Obama from doing anything? I expect he’ll eventually have Sibelius simply give the unions whatever they want and dare Congress to stop him, which of course they won’t have the balls to do.
As of this moment in time, I officially have created the Information Technology Specialist Union, Local 101011. While I only have one member, I’m hoping to recruit. I hereby am entitled to a subsidy, just like Trumka’s boys.
