If the law does not apply equally to all American Citizens how can it be Constitutional? We have all these exempt and specially treated groups, including our so called leaders that it just seems it can’t be legal.

I hope it doesn’t happen, but if Obama and Sebelius give the unions a subsidy, what is Congress going to do? I haven’t seen any willingness to do more than posturing by the GOP leadership.

Maybe not the right thread for this comment, but, I’m thinking about exempting myself. My company provided health care is over 300 mo now. I never use it. Just worried about an accident of some sort. Anyway, with Obama care if I get hurt I’ll just sign up...I guess. Any thoughts? Oh, single, 52 and no kids.

What matters has nothing to do with what you know, everything with whom you know in the so-called "progressive" oligarchy.
Seems like the law would be applied unequally if a union member got a federal subsidy for health care (regardless of income) and an employee of a non-unionized business did not. Sounds like a lawsuit in the making.
Here comes the exemption.

Since the SC ruled it’s a tax, how can it be legal for some to get government subsidies and others not.
