Nor work, most of them would collapse in a heap if they even had a hint of how I lived growing up, they would rather go to prison than live like that. Hell, I joined the Navy as soon as I possibly could to try to get an easier life...and it definitely was! Boot camp was easier than the farm and after nine weeks of that was over the rest was like a vacation.

Agreed! Except later, I went back to having a farm of my own. (Dumbass, LOL!)

However, in the Civilian World, I continue to astound and amaze my co-workers. They cannot BELIEVE the amount of work I complete in a day. My organizational skills blow them away, and me being two or more moves ahead on the ‘Chessboard of Life’ at all times simply astounds them! To me, life in the civilian world is a cake walk. And I owe it ALL to the military. (I miss it every day. Can you tell?)

And THEN I go home to my farm and ‘play’ for another 8-10 hour shift. Life Is Good. :)
