SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. —
The Lake Mary Police Department held a news conference Wednesday about the domestic incident between George Zimmerman and his wife, Shellie Zimmerman.
Police released the incident report Wednesday afternoon.
Police said that no domestic violence charges will be filed against George or Shellie Zimmerman anytime soon, if ever. They said the iPad evidence was nearly destroyed.
"The iPad is in really bad shape. Don't have tools to look at video on the iPad. It could take months or weeks to get video off iPad," said Zach Hudson of the Lake Mary Police Department.

This is bs...juvenile and domestic relations cases are supposed to be kept from the public....this pisses me off!
If she was going to hit him with it she would close the lid first and that turns it off. She would also not want it recording when she hits him. Thus we have two reasons for it to be shut off at such an inopportune time.
At the end of the news conference when asked if she hit him with it he did not answer no but deferred to the paramedic report of GZ’s back that showed no marks. Yehh right — like an IPad to the back is going to leave one.
I do not agree with all she says (as she is an atheist) but her logic on male / female interaction in the 21st Century West is pretty prescient

Shellie Zimmerman press conference called ‘bizarre’ by media
LOL!!!! I noticed that her atty kept saying “Prostitution” instead of “Prosecution.” hehehehe,
I'm beginning to suspect that she wanted to get a divorce-by-cop:
Step 1. Call 911 and report that you're being threatened with a gun and that your father has been assaulted.
Step 2. Wait for the police, who are expecting an armed confrontation, to arrive.
Step 3. Watch in "anguish" as the police shoot and kill your newly expired husband.
Police report says it all started when GZ went into the garage after leaning into Davids (Shellies dad) truck to take a few pics of what Shellie had loaded there. Shellies dad got ticked off and probably wanted to punch him out for his daughter anyway. David (Shellie’s dad) threw his glasses down and lunged for George. A big hispanic guy Wesley tried to break them up and Wesley said he thinks his forearm hit David’s nose. GZ says Shellie hit him with her ipad (recorder not running then) and GZ says that is why he took it from her and demolished it.
On pg 9 of the police report she tells a slightly different story to another officer. In that one she says that she was still recording when G grabbed it from her. So which was it??? She and her lawyer have problems with the truth.
Two reasons it quit recording the incident in the garage. She closed it because her father was the one aggressively going after G and she did not want to record that. The report says that Wes was holding her dad back. She also closed it to hit him with it. You have to close the lid for it to be used to whack someone.
I’m sure she is hoping that nothing on that IPad is ever recovered.
You know what? Who cares at this point. It’s a fight over who gets what stuff between a divorcing couple. These kind of fights happen all of the time. I’m tired of hearing about it. The media is ridiculous at this point.
Tell that to Shellie Zimmerman. It was her 911 call that made this into media circus — something that even her lawyer had to reluctantly admit today.

I thought Kelly Sims did an excellent job getting the deal that he did for Shellie on the perjury charge. Now this bizarre news conference?! But I’ll give Sims a pass, I think I know what he is feeling.
Sims is not worried about “Lake Mary-gate.” Nope, he’s freaking out about Judge What’s Her Name who handled the plea deal on the perjury charge. His concern can be reduced to two words “PROBATION VIOLATION!”
Sims knows how probation works. During Shellie’s one-year probation the (already angry) Judge maintains absolute power over Shellie. The Judge is the sole decision maker on whether or not Shellie’s conduct has violated her probation. On finding a violation the Judge can yank Shellie’s probation and impose the original sentence that was suspended.
How do things happen? The Judge will issue an arrest order against Shellie. She will have served an “order to show cause” why Shellie’s probation should not be revoked. The Judge will then conduct a hearing allowing Shellie to convince the Judge not to reinstate her original sentence on the perjury charge.
IMO Kelly Sims knows that Shellie is in a world of hurt with that Judge. We all heard the Judge that day. The Judge does not like Shellie. Sims showed us a lawyer gravely concerned that any day now the sheriff may show up to arrest Shellie.
IMO Sims’ presser shows a lawyer very nervous about here this will end up going.

Her attorney’s presser was damaging to her:
At the presser her attorney said that she called him Monday morning to ask if she should call the Lake Mary police to be at the house when she removes the last of her things to prevent an incident.
She didn’t have them there on Saturday and there was no incident. She didn’t call him to ask for a police escort for Sunday, but she just so happens to feel that Monday will be the day to have the police there and calls her attorney about it. Did she have some premonition that there would be an incident that day even though there was none previously??? Was that a bitter ex’s clairvoyance or part of their plan???
Monday was George’s day and it was already 2:00 and she is still there loading up. And when he shows up at 2:00 she calls her attorney and acts so surprised that he would be there on his scheduled day.
All she and her father had to do at that point was get in the truck and drive away. But no — she calls her attorney immediately who then tells her to start following George around and video him.
What????
Shouldn’t his advice have been for her to get in her vehicle and leave — after all it is George’s day to move, hers was Saturday and George was nice enough to give her extra time on Sunday which she didn’t use and then some of Monday which she was in the process of consuming entirely.
Incidentally why does she get to go in first and remove her things. It is her father’s house and she could retrieve her stuff anytime after George had his. Were the lawyers in this too stupid to figure this out???
So then she starts recording video which magically shuts off where the altercation occurred in the garage. Was there something in there she did not want to record or did she just shut the lid to whack somebody with it???
On the surveillance video you can see the point when she calls 911 when they are in the driveway. She was 10 feet from the vehicle with her stuff in it. If she was so fearful why didn’t she just get in her vehicle and drive away instead of calling 911??? Afterall it was now loaded with all her stuff and ready to go. Instead he tells her to go video George — not the stuff in the house or the house but George. Why???
If I were the Lake Mary police I would call Kelly Sims in for questioning regarding his presser yesterday. Maybe he needs to get a lawyer.
Kinda full figured gal. That part of Fl. is known for good eatin’. Lot’sa fried food. Yum. Just gotta know when to stop. Or, it could be genetic...
Anyway, would need a full shot to know if it’s hittable. Preferably in some nice, tasteful lingerie or perhaps a bikini? Only way to tell for sure. But one thing is for sure. If she is hittable, there is no doubt she’s a “hit it and forget it”. Sounds like there’s a few snakes crawling around in the ‘ole cranium.
My thoughts are that if GZ was assumed to be carrying a gun and threatending them with it..why did Shellies dad lunge at him TWICE? Pure idiocy? The incident report says Wes had to pull the father off GZ twice.
