Did California do this or not? The article says “it WOULD....” all over the place. A law is a law and “DOES” in my book.

Whats more sinister is AB711 that is up that would ban all lead in ammunition. It would go along way to banning hunting in California. The threat would be to the lead styphenate in the primers. As it stands now ammo stored right has an almost unlimited shelf life with lead styphenate stabilizing. Without it the ammo goes “bad” after about 6 years or less
