I’m not sure exactly where this is at but clearly DC is in for some fun. And I love how the trooper salutes them with his horns and siren as they ride by.

I have been watching the traffic cam you posted for the past 5 minutes. I have seen exactly ONE CAR. ALL the rest have been a near-constant stream of motorcycles.
