You are not alone. They were never on our radar screens before. They are now.
The government was doing them a favor by herding them into pens (projects) and turning out criminals. What will it be like if HUD gets its way and moves them all into our neighborhoods because they’re not getting the breaks they need in their own. Yeah - there really is a correlation between where you live and your behavior, I guess.
When put to the test, we can PRETEND to believe that anyway.
