Kerry had just completed THE DNC'S COMPASSION-TRAINING SEMINAR as he pontificated on the use of chemical weapons.
When he did his DNC Compassion Act.....Kerry was even able to force out tears when he asserted w/ eyes narrowed for emphasis: "use of chemical weapons in “a cowardly crime” and a “moral obscenity” that shocked the world’s conscience."
Then he added.....
"I'm getting a brain transplant tomorrow."
And not a moment too soon.

Kerry said that it would be limited. In fact he will be leaving on his yacht any day now to shoot some bottle rockets at Assad.

Transplant indicates that he has one to exchange.
