Oh, a black market was sure to emerge out of this.

So far it’s grey market, working around the chinks in Bummercare, but if Bummercare manages to fill the chinks it will become “black.” In scare quotes, because God considers this inversion of priorities one serious abomination.

The doctors and patients will be punished for their refusal to serve beast.gov.

I would expect fedzilla to set up some of its own obamadocs with these concierge practices. Once the traps snap shut on a few renegade liberty-seeking patients, people will fear going to these doctors, not knowing if they are walking into the clutches of an obama loyalist.

How fortunate that Congress and their Staff
and all Moslems are not under ObamaCARE.
Why not announce it LOUDLY on 9/11??

Using an alias to get a blood workup?

I don’t know how they do it.

ID cards and/or insurance cards are required at any of the labs I am familiar with.

In fact, just about the only thing you can do these days without an ID card is vote.

I’ll take you one further. When the government realizes how they can not afford Obamacare, they’ll federalize the entire health care industry, institute price controls, and salary cap all health care worker salaries, including doctors and surgeons.

Workers at labs can be bribed. Cash is king.

That magnetic strip on the back of all of our health care plan cards has more personal data/ID info on it, than most people know about. There’d have to be one helluva black market in false IDs; as you said, you can’t just walk-in and pay cash for a blood test or other lab work-ups.

Here in L.A., you can get every kind of medical scan for cheap prices. The real market is in the valley where it gets cheaper. Just like the WWE wrestler Ted Dibiase who once said, “everyone has a price”.

RELATED, re: desire for control over own health care & lab tests is this from the Wall Street Journal:

Elizabeth Holmes: The Breakthrough of Instant Diagnosis -- A Stanford dropout is bidding to make tests more accurate, less painful—and at a fraction of the current price.

It's the kind of modern, painless service that consumers rarely receive in U.S. health care, though Ms. Holmes makes the point the other way around: "We're here in Silicon Valley inside the consumer technology world . . . and what we think we're building is the first consumer health-care technology company. Patients are empowered by having better access to their own health information, and then by owning their own data."

And a Theranos clinic may be coming soon to a pharmacy near you. On Monday the company is launching a partnership with Walgreens for in-store sample-collection centers, with the first one in Palo Alto and expanding throughout California and beyond. Ms. Holmes's long-term goal is to provide Theranos services "within five miles of virtually every American home." ...

... A word about costs and what that investment bought, which doesn't follow the usual rules about a new medical technology. Ms. Holmes says Theranos can conduct a battery of tests for "tens of dollars," a phrase that does not exist in U.S. health care. She calls it "a watershed opportunity to change the trajectory of health costs through price transparency." ...

And now abortions are above ground, and traditional health care is going underground.

And they actually deny you the work if you confidently give (fake) information and when asked “Nope, don’t have one, sorry!”?

You are far too generous, because the government purposely designed Obamacare to be unaffordable and to collapse of its own dead weight. This way they can listen to all of the peasants’ cries, and step in as lord and savior.

Nationalized indeed.

I see these concierge services as one last attempt for real doctors to practice medicine. How many of them will end up “disappeared” for standing fast and refusing to be obamaized (nationalized). American doctors are the next white farmers of Zimbabwe.

I’ve wondered how many Jewish doctors see the writing on the wall and have already put in their aliyah applications.
