I seem to recall a Supreme Court justice yelling that during a State of the Union, and that justice got severely thrashed and trashed by the Media and the politicians.
I seem to recall another time, another SOTU, a Congressperson yelling the same, and he got severely thrashed and thrashed by the Media and the politicians.
