WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama will give interviews on Monday to the three network news anchors, as well as to anchors from PBS, CNN, and Fox, more evidence of a "full court press" strategy ahead of pivotal congressional votes on military strikes in Syria.

Instead of six taped interviews (therefore allowing anything embarrassing to be edited out before broadcast), why not one live Q&A with members of the press?

Just saw John Fund on Fox News and he said that there probably won’t be a vote since Obama and the Dems know that it is unlikely to pass. He said there are alternatives that Obama can try such as getting Syria to sign the treaty involving non-use of chemical weapons.
What are the odds Assad would agree to that?

Obama is enjoying this attention. The world is focused on HIM! It’s all about him! He doesn’t fully grasp his horrible position he has put the country in. He is getting so much attention and he seems to be addicted to it, even if the attention is negative.

Are there any estimates out there relating to the loss of lives, hopefully on the other side - whoever that is - if we were to strike?
Since it’s impossible to sort out who the bad guys (and gals) really are wouldn’t the number killed be at the top of the news the day after the strike (especially women and children)?
Obama isn’t up for election, ever again, but those in the House sure are next year. The people don’t want a strike to happen - who will pay a huge price if it does?
