The map on same sex marriage didn’t include Colorado, which does allow.

It depends on how you interpret the question. If you think “all” means “this map represents every state that”, then you are right, they were incorrect.

If you instead interpret “all” to mean “all the states that are highlighted have this characteristic”, then Pew is OK, because all the states highlighted DO have that characteristic — and so does at least one other state.

The more serious problem with that question is that some of the highlighted states don’t technically allow “same-sex marriage”, I think a couple of them are “civil union” states instead.

IIRC, recently a judge or clerk in NM allowed a same-sex couple to apply for a marriage license.

I made the same mistake. Since AFAIK CO does I guessed.

I also got the stock exchange wrong.
