So maybe on top of everything else the other than Black non profits should sue the Obama administration for racial discrimination.
Even with a Republican President, House, and Senate, it would be hard to eradicate the culture of leftist government workers that fosters such abuses of powers.

The whole Obama Administration is corrupt - and it has a corrupting influence on the country.

My answer to liberal big government types is “who regulates the regulators?”
We need to change the laws... then it could be done.
The same government already gives preferential treatment to blacks (and women and Hispanics) for businesses; why should the non-profits be any different?
The lowered expectations of blacks, Hispanics, and women would insult them if they knew better; as it is, they’re laughing all the way to the bank. If our government treats them as inferior beings, what can the same government expect of the rest of us?
